**Overview: **
We are hiring **Full Stack Developers** with strong expertise in **ReactJS, Next.js, Spring Boot**, and **Apache Kafka**. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, integrating microservices, and working with real-time data platforms. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite from Day 1 and available for a face-to-face final interview with the client.
**Key Responsibilities: **
* Develop responsive and high-performing frontend applications using **ReactJS** and **Next.js**
* Design and implement backend microservices using **Spring Boot**
* Integrate **Kafka** for real-time data streaming and messaging between services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust full-stack solutions
* Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment
* Work within a **CI/CD** pipeline to ensure reliable and automated delivery
**Primary Skills Required: **
**Frontend: **
* ReactJS (strong component-based architecture knowledge)
* Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)
**Backend: **
* Spring Boot (RESTful services, dependency injection, data persistence)
**Messaging/Streaming: **
* Apache Kafka (publish/subscribe, stream processing, integration)
**DevOps / CI-CD: **
* Hands-on with tools like **Jenkins**, **GitLab CI/CD**, or **CircleCI**
* Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
**Required Experience: **
* **8+ years** of software development experience
* Minimum **2–3 years** of experience working with ReactJS and Spring Boot
* Proven experience integrating **Kafka** into enterprise applications
* Strong understanding of software architecture and agile development methodologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications: **
* Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
* Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS, TLS)
