Role: Frontline sales professional responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting leads into customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
Responsibilities: Research prospects and create a targeted outreach list. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs. Deliver product demos or presentations virtually. Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups. Handle objections and provide solutions. Update CRM with accurate sales activities. Collaborate with marketing for lead qualification. Meet or exceed sales quotas (monthly/quarterly). Focuses on lead generation and qualifying prospects before handing them to senior sales reps. Prospect and cold-call potential clients. Qualify inbound and outbound leads. Set appointments or demos for account executives. Maintain databases of prospects. Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns. Monitor call quality, follow-ups, and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing & product teams for alignment.
